Expunging Grades for High School Credit Courses

The parent/guardian of a middle school student taking a high school credit course may request that the grade for the high school course or courses be purged from the student’s transcript. The student will not earn high school credit for the course. Every student at Brandon enrolled, or previous enrolled (i.e. Keyboarding or Keyboarding Applications in the 1st semester), in a high school credit class will receive a Request for No-Credit Option form from their teacher. We encourage students and parents to discuss this option and consult with the teacher and/or guidance counselor before making this decision.

The request form must be submitted to the Brandon Guidance Department
for consideration no later than August 1, 2011.
